Stop chasing invoices. Start getting paid on time.
FlowChaser automatically recovers overdue invoices for agencies, consultancies, and B2B service firms billing on Net-15, Net-30, or Net-60 terms. A four-step cadence of escalating email and SMS notifications, late fees, and one-click payment links runs until you are paid. Connects to QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe.
Everything between "invoice sent" and "payment received"
Accounting software stops at sending the invoice. FlowChaser handles the follow-through that actually gets you paid.
Multi-step workflows
Design sequences that start with a gentle heads-up before the due date and escalate automatically: friendly, professional, firm, final. Different workflows for different clients.
Email and SMS, together
Email carries the detail; SMS cuts through when an invoice is seriously late. Each step chooses its channel. Messages are personalized with the invoice, amount, and days overdue.
Automated late fees
Flat, percentage, or daily-accruing fees with grace periods and caps. Fees are calculated, applied to the balance, and referenced in reminders without you touching a spreadsheet.
One-click payment links
Every reminder carries a secure payment page showing the live balance, late fees, and your remittance details. Turn on card payments through Stripe to let clients pay instantly.
AR aging dashboard
See outstanding, overdue, average days late, top debtors, and your 30-day collection forecast. Know exactly where your cash is stuck and who to call.
Sync with your books
Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero and open invoices sync automatically. No integration? Import a CSV or add invoices by hand in seconds.
How it works
From connection to collections in four steps.
Connect or import
Link QuickBooks or Xero, upload a CSV, or add invoices manually. FlowChaser pulls in what's outstanding.
Choose a workflow
Start with our recommended sequence or build your own. Assign gentler workflows to key accounts, firmer ones to chronic late payers.
Let it run
FlowChaser checks every invoice on a schedule, sends what's due, applies late fees, and skips anything paid, paused, disputed, or under a promise-to-pay.
Watch cash arrive
Clients pay through the link, you record payments, and the full history of every reminder and note lives on the invoice.
Tone that escalates with time
Relationship-safe at first, unmistakably serious when it needs to be.
"This is a courtesy notice that invoice #INV-2041 for $4,800.00 is due on Friday. If payment has already been scheduled, no action is needed."
"Just floating this back to the top of your inbox. Invoice #INV-2041 was due yesterday and we have not yet received payment."
"Invoice #INV-2041 is now 14 days past due. Could you provide an update from your accounts payable team on when we can expect payment?"
"Late fees now apply and, if payment is not received within 7 days, we will pause services on this account until the balance is settled."
Simple pricing that pays for itself
One recovered invoice covers a year of FlowChaser. Both plans include a 14-day free trial.

Questions
Will this annoy my clients?
The opposite. Early reminders are friendly and most clients appreciate the heads-up. Escalation only happens when an invoice is genuinely late, and you control every word, the timing, and which clients get which workflow. You can pause any invoice or client instantly.
Do I need QuickBooks or Xero?
No. You can import a CSV from any system or add invoices manually. Integrations just save you the data entry.
How do payment links work?
Every invoice gets a secure public page showing the live balance and your payment instructions. If you connect Stripe, clients can pay by card right there and the invoice is marked paid automatically.
What if a client promises to pay by a certain date?
Set a promise-to-pay date on the invoice and FlowChaser holds all reminders until then. If the date passes without payment, chasing resumes automatically.
Are late fees legal?
Late fees are enforceable when disclosed in your payment terms. FlowChaser lets you set flat, percentage, or daily fees with grace periods and caps so you can match your contracts. We recommend confirming local rules for your jurisdiction.
Can I try it without connecting anything?
Yes. Load the demo dataset and every feature runs in Preview mode, showing you exactly what would be sent, without emailing anyone.
